Payment & Warranty Policy


Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. In other cases payments will be made via the formal procedure of acquiring a purchase order (PO) and having the funds transfers once the quotation is satisfactory.  The currency for any of your transactions with us will be MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.

By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final. There are various payment methods made available on your website and you are at liberty to choose which best suits your need.

By using the Online Admission system, you agree to the following:

  • The information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • You authorize Inshield Technology Malaysia to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank account towards the fee as per the authorization given by you in the checkout page.
  • Inshield Technology Malaysia will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from use of the services on this site.


The different types of warranty.

  • Local Warranty: The warranty service is offered by a local manufacturer based in Singapore. Warranty can be claimed at any authorized service center within Malaysia.
  •  International Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty is generally offered by international brand manufacturers. Warranty service is available in various selected countries.
  • Non-Local Warranty:  The warranty can be availed through a seller/manufacturer that is based outside Malaysia. You will need to ship your product directly to the overseas address as provided by the seller/manufacturer.
  • No Warranty:  If your product does not come with any warranty, then you can still benefit from the Inshield Store Return and Refund Policy (for selected items)
